Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE:

Once your order is received kindly check if it is in order and matches your invoice within 7 days. NOTE: ONCE THE TIME FRAME HAS LAPSED YOUR ORDER IS NO LONGER LEGIBLE FOR DISCREPANCIES.

Goods are eligible for return and exchange for 7 days.

All items that are returned, must be returned in the form it was received (in packaging with tags unworn.)

All items purchased on SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Additional branding and personalization are not eligible for exchange. 

  • When returning goods kindly bring your invoice.
  • Return all products in original packaging.
  • Products must be unworn.

In the unlikely event that you would want to return/exchange please follow these steps.

  1. Email info@besteamsport.co.za with your Invoice number and your reason for exchange/return.
  2. An email will be sent to you regarding confirmation.
  3. Package your order and send it back to us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour please add it to the email.

Refunds

No Refunds, we will issue you with a credit note.
